Understanding the Wellness Tree Approach

I’ve been analyzing a number of health and wellness practices since 2000, mainly out of interest in keeping myself healthy and fit. The extent of variability in what’s even called “best practices” is so vast, and so disputable – it’s created a healthcare & wellness mafia of its own!

This isn’t a blanket claim of course; there’s some truly good and useful sites, helpful books, and amazing videos/audiobooks that have value to add in our lives. Part of the reason to create Wellness Tree is to allow you to access these things on a convenient one-stop platform.

As our friends at Holistic Wellness Basics say

Wellness is the condition of being in optimum health. It is a holistic blend of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being–the result of consciously choosing to live a quality life. The path of natural health and wellness is a life-long journey that requires personal responsibility and commitment.

And that’s just so perfectly put! At Wellness Tree we acknowledge and truly respect the work of others in this field; so I’ll be linking out to other high quality blogs and websites that provide genuine, invaluable knowledge on the subject.

You may of course wish to ask whether we sell things around wellness. That’s a reasonable question – and yes we do sell wellness articles. However we do not indulge in over-promotion and over-selling.

There’s a clear distinction: Wellness Tree wants you to have a healthy body, brilliant mind and evolved soul… Not a clueless mind, poor body and tortured soul.

The products we offer are of course available elsewhere and we encourage you to see what option works best for you. We include a webstore here only to make difficult-to-find items easily more accessible at economical rates. You may also review our recipes and purchase the relevant ingredients from 3rd party sites.

I’ll be spending a huge amount of effort into writing articles and providing critical analyses – and I hope you have a great time reading it!
